Edin Branković is Excellence Academy Founder. Beside his successful professional sport career in short track speed skating, he was trained on Baku European Games Academy for management and International Olympic Committee Young Leader programme from 2012 to 2018 on the missions around the globe. He works together with international and domestic organizations to support youth through Excellence Academy in realizing their intentional leadership and entrepreneurial skills.  His passion is to help people to not only perform better, but also to recognize personal values and lead better and happier lives using the knowledge of motivation, intentional leadership throughout educational psychology.
